Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch your order the same working day if you order by 10am (BST). Orders after this time are normally dispatched the next working day. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom (UK) : Delivery times vary according to the delivery service selected during checkout.

Special Delivery is the only guaranteed service to reach you the next working day after the dispatch day. All other delivery services are estimated, therefore if your order delivery time is important then Special Delivery should be selected at checkout.
Rest of the World estimated delivery times: 3 to 7 working days
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, therefore 2 working days should be allowed for any delays. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. For more details about their delivery services please visit the Royal Mail website.
Tracking Items
Delivery services using Signed For, International Signed, International Tracked or International Track & Signed will have a tracking number.
Lost Items
Postal services handle millions of items, and some inevitably become lost. For non-tracked items that are lost, we will automatically resend the item using tracked postage. For tracked items, we will follow your instruction to either refund or resend.
Other Information
We may use an alternate postal service, or courier with an equivalent delivery time to Royal Mail to make deliveries more efficient.
Delivery Times for Back-Order Items
Items will be marked with back-order will be dispatched after 7 – 21 business days.
Orders with a back-order can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch for a full refund. Please use the contact form to message us for cancellation.
If there is a delay of over 1 month for the item to come into stock, then we will automatically cancel the order and provide a full refund.
