Return & Refund Policy

Dorothy’s Home allows you to return your item within 30 days of the purchase.  After we receive the item we will offer you a replacement, repair or refund.

If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, please use the returns form to start your return. The following conditions need to be fulfilled:

  • All returned goods must be authorised and sent to the full returns address provided
  • Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals and accessories)
  • The goods are your responsibility until it is received by us.
  • If we found the returned item is faulty, we will offer you a replacement, repair or refund.  A replacement is not in stock a similar product will be offered to you.
  • Return postage will be refunded for the defective item (standard 2nd class postage unless otherwise advised). Postage upgrades will not be refunded.

 

If you have changed your mind, please make sure you return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

The following conditions need to be fulfilled:

  • The customer must contact us via our online form and wait for the returns authorisation and return details, which will be allocated within 48 hours.
  • The goods will remain the customer’s responsibility until it is received by us.
  • All goods must be received by us within 30 days after we have issued the returns authorization
  • The return shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility
  • Returned items must be returned with suitable packaging and the original packaging must be included
  • The returned item must be in a condition where it can be resold
